What is included in the cost of purchasing a photoprint to be delivered within Australia?

Included in the purchase price of a photo print is the guarantee that if the print doesn't arrive in a satisfactory state then the print will be replaced at no further cost to the customer. Please note however that the damaged print must be returned to the artist Anne Newman as proof of damage before the new print will be sent.
