Regents Park Reflection

The Frieze Masters exhibition is held in an enormous temporary building in Regents Park and I watched it being assembled as I went for a walk each morning with my cousin and her dog. I'm going to bring you a showcase of some of the works of these Master Artists next week but in the meantime thinking of Regents Park reminded me it was time for a Day of Reflection.

Here are a few images from Regents Park, London to remind all of us to stop, look and listen to the natural world around us and the beauty Mother Nature gives us.

Do you have a favourite Reflective Image? Please send it to me and I will showcase them next weekend.

I have just returned from a holiday in England. One of the many highlights was a morning walk nearly every day in the glorious Regents Park.

And something different to finish up with today. These sculptures which are in Regents Park were created by Tom 'Carver' Harvey.

Tom ‘Carver’ Harvey uses a mixture of chainsaws and chisels to create individual large scale sculptures out of tree stumps and trunks.
